Dr Sarah was one of the first doctors to join Turbot Street Medical Centre after she moved from her clinic at Kangaroo Point.

Dr Sarah Chu graduated from the University of Queensland in 2004 with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery. She holds a diploma in dermatology from the Australian Institute of Dermatology and a diploma in children's health from Westmead Children's Hospital and the University of Sydney, and a diploma in dermoscopy from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. She is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine and obtained a Certificate in Travel Health in 2013. Furthermore, she is the Honorary Treasurer for the Australasian College of Tropical Medicine.

Sarah is committed to ongoing professional education, ensuring that her patients receive the highest quality of care. A few years ago, she became a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician with the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

She is actively involved in teaching the next generation of doctors as a University of Queensland Senior Lecturer and is also one of the assessors for the RACGP exams.
