Dr Patricia obtained her qualifications from the University of Queensland in 2019. Prior to this, she trained as a paramedic in Canada.

Following her studies, Dr Patricia worked in Townsville University Hospital and later at the Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital. During her time at RBWH, Dr Duong completed the Sydney Child Health Program Diploma. She has since been working in general practice.

Dr Patricia enjoys all aspects of general practice, with special interests in children's and women's health, antenatal care and mental health.

Dr Patricia is fluent in speaking Cantonese and English.
