Dr Jessica Maher has been working as a GP for more than 12 years, having started her medical journey in North Queensland, completing her degree in 2006 and moving to Victoria to finish her GP training. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2012.

Dr Jessica has also spent time working in paediatrics and completed a Diploma in Child Health. She has a strong background in skin cancer medicine, having worked in a dedicated skin cancer clinic, while concurrently practising as a GP, for over a decade.

Outside of work, life is busy and full with her two young sons, which leaves little time for much else!
